Vertical Integration

PRYER is vertically integrated in forming and assembly, specializing in the fabrication of complex sheet metal components. Our internal expertise coupled with a mature supply chain allows us to satisfy any project requirements in the aerospace industry.

Assemblies & Structures

PRYER’s internal fabrication capabilities and strong supply chain give us the unique ability to minimize cost and lead times of complex assemblies. The combination of our specialized engineering staff, product development group and experienced assembly craftsmen allows PRYER to remain flexible to changes throughout the lifecycle of the product. We hold the required approvals and industry expertise to handle most projects from a reverse engineered low quantity project to a high rate production program.

Metal Forming

With nearly 50 years of experience in aerospace metal forming, PRYER has the expertise to fabricate complex components that most companies refuse to bid. We have capabilities ranging from small break clips or wing panels, all the way up to deep drawn exhaust cones and fuselage skins. PRYER is a Radome-to-Tail Cone solution for all forming needs.

Machining

At the root of PRYER’s heritage is the machining of aerospace components. Today, PRYER maintains a top rate machine shop capable of up to 5-axis machining, CNC lathe and conventional milling—including extrusion milling up to 20 feet in length.
